More often than not, the main information from the website is surrounded not only by navigational elements, but also by announcements to other sections of the website, or by partial information, supplementing the main template. These parts are primarily placed with a link for more information and are much shorter than the template. Thus the blocks of the site are defined. Blocks can be inherited down the tree (of the information structure), for example if we add a block „Careers” to the “About Us” section, we may wish that it is also visible in all its sub-sections.
