As each action of the user is carried out through the system, it is fairly easy to log the activities of each user.

Logs are implemented as a single object with the relevant lists and views, which „listen to” all standard events in the system and all errors that occur and are saved in the table of the object. Due to the large number of records that have to be recorded for a short period of time, a functionality is embedded, which allows archiving logs in a separate database with tables for each archive. The object provides the option to view both current (not yet archived) logs, and all archives created.

In terms of their interface, logs are standard objects, their list also offering the option of filtering and sorting by each property of a log.
